According to the U.S. Census Bureau, these 11 U.S. cities lost between 5 and 10 percent of their population over the past eight years. The city with the greatest decrease (35.7 percent) was New Orleans, but it was excluded from our list due to it's rapid recover over the past two years.
Many of the cities were in the Midwest, but Buffalo (pictured) was one of three in upstate New York, losing population at a rate of 7.4 percent since 2000.

Whatever propaganda i find on the internet is just that propaganda for the most part. Theres diehard union sites that have half truths and misleading facts and there are anti union sites that do the same. It's all just propaganda.
