I read a article In the Springville Journal about some issues that keep coming up at the Town Board meetings regarding these roads, does anyone know what's going on? There was not a good explanation in the paper.
Seems as if the residents are not allowed to talk about something during the open forum part unless it's on the agenda. Town Board blames it on a local law adopted by the previous Supervisor (I believe it's been 6 years since he was in office). If you believe in transparency wouldn't you have repealed it by now?
Is this a maintenance/repair problem? Are they county roads?

After asking around it appears to be a Town road. It seems to involve developing a paper street, whatever that is?
