The Cure Everything Pill

One day drug company invents a pill which cures everything the moment you take it. Doesn't increase your age at all but you are immune from everything but aging.

The company sells pills for $1,000,000 each. Secret formula no one can reproduce it.

Would people expect the government to pay for thier pill?

The government should use $10 Million, and buy the pill for ten guys.

Have the 10 guys storm the factory and steal the formula. If they get shot, no problem, they already took the pill.

you've toched on a subject that is real right? For the past 10 years our gov't has been reseaching for a pill to do just what you said but it also includes the aging reduction component to help decrease the aging process and you know why...just think, presidents in for life because their young looking....

I think we had them in the 70's didnt realy do much but you sure felt like superman until they wore off

I was more aiming about entitlement.

The very low income people would expect it included in thier medicaid, the super rich would just buy them and the government employees would expect coverage for it. The people in the middle would get stuck paying for everything plus not have enough to buy one.
