This is the mentality that has led to 50% black male unempolyment in this COB.

Their are jobs out their that will pay a good amount, YOU JUST HAVE TO BE QUALIFIED FOR THEM, that's the problem, people in this country automatically think they deserve a 40k+ a year job without EARNING it.

I would love to know how you have this information and why you don't come right out and say what's on your mind instead of all these little teasers that mean nothing. I know for a fact that the TA did NOT leave because of Wally. They had a good working relationship. So why don't you come out and speak clearly instead of beating around the bush.

If I had a boss yelling at me day and night...I would ask myself what they hell am I doing wrong. That would be first on my list.

But hey...different strokes for different folks.
