Did anyone challenge your petitions? How are things going?

Hi Dan. Sorry for the delay to your question. I was off the Board for a couple of days.

Here is the update: No challenges were filed to my petition. Last week the BOE held the drawing for each candidates line on the ballot for Primary Day.

I attended and drew a lower number that the incumbent (who did not attend or send a rep leaving the BOE to draw on his behalf).

With the lower number, my name will appear on line one.

Meanwhile, I am getting ready for a next fundraiser at Shanghai Reds on Thurs Aug 25 (which I will post details on) and I am working on press releases, mailers and voter contact.

Is it true that your petitions were circulated by Dave Pfath(sp?)?

I just heard it as a rumor.

No. That rumor is not true. I circulated my petitions with the help of several volunteers, none of whom were named Dave Pfaf (sp).
