Kroll took No civil service test for the job.

Harts buddy Kroll took no civil service test for the job. Why is it both Josefiak and Kroll did not take civil service tests for the jobs we the tax payers are paying for? Our Leaders seem to do anything they want in West Seneca. Talk about a friends and family plan. All 3 must go!

Erie County Civil Service commission classifies part time positions that would normally be in the competitive class (test taking) as non-competitive (non-test taking). Had the position been filled full time, a test would have been required. Hope this answers your inquiry.

Even though its a "Part Time position" - its still puts that person on a pay and benefits level of a "Full Time Employee" - this is another well hidden Political game.

Most of the time - the "Part Time Position" is called a "Cookie" - its a gift. Its so that person can do little or nothing and get paid.

Most of the time - a fact that has been ignored here so far - it entitles that person to tax funded benefits - same as full time workers enjoy - it also entitles that person to tax funded pension credits - just like full time workers.

So if this person should have a business or other tax funded employment - this job wont interfere. If the "Other Job" or this person has any other tax funded pension credits - this now enables them to combine these credits and increase their tax funded pension for life.

Thats what taxpayers should be asking - what benefits and entitlements come with this position. Don't just ask, "What Benefits" come with this position - basically because Politicians don't view "Tax Funded Pension Credits" as benefits - they classify them as "Entitlements"

FYI - as a "Non Competitive Position" this actually means the person doesn't have to meet any qualifications - just satisfy Party needs.
