Looks like they are going to go with the Hotel/Office/Residential combo. Makes sense.
I do hope they build out over the open plaza space. I know Seneca One talked about this when they were trying to keep HSBC.
If it were my call, I would build out a hotel/residential lobby over the block between Pearl and Main and build out the office lobby and space between Main and Washington.
This does bring up the question of how many rooms. Makes you think that the Statler is never going to be a hotel.
