Christmas light repairs

I remember a while back reading in the Buffalo News, an article about a gentleman who troubleshoots/repairs christmas tree / ornament light repairs...anyone recall the article, and who and where he was and located?

I have some decorations that have only half the lights working and dont have the time or patience /too lazy to go thru the process. Thanks

I remember one year my Christmas tree had a light that wouldn't light on one side. I remember this guy from North Pole Electrical. He took my tree to his workshop up there, then brought it back here.

But he was a mean one.
