    Well duh. That doesn't mean you can not contract to use a specific type of can or tote or dumpster. Mike is correct.

    No, everyone doesn't have the room and everyone doesn't garden/compost.


    And your wrong. A private company can contract what ever they would like as long as the receptacles are usable with their equipment.

    I know it was leaves.. that is why i said I agree with you.

    Those leaves would work well if they were dug into flower beds...

    The point is your a cry baby leaves are not trash its compost trying putting it in your garden next time. You got to get a life you have to much time on your hands if you have time to go yelling at garbagemen and taking picturs of leaves wait ill go take a pic in front of my house i think i got some leaves on the ground

    He isn't a cry baby. He is a customer/client who pays top dollar for services supplied. We can thank the "Cheektowaga Democratic Party" for that.
