The whole situation stinks! They push and push and push because no one is complaining or catching on what they do. They should of hired a qualified Recreation director and a qualified Senior Director that scored high on the test has a education and paid each 45k tops. Maybe even interviewed the top candidates like the private sector does. Then have a panel discuss who would be best for both jobs and discuss why. Then you have 2 QUALIFIED people doing the two jobs full time. What happens when Josefiak gets sick or has a illness now both departments suffer. A frigin MONKEY could figure this one out in regard to proper hiring practices rather than some made up BS way that they did. If the public cant see thru this they better start opening their eyes because its the start of HIGH HIGH TAXES on top of the HIGH Taxes we already pay. Pitrowski and Meegan put a unqualified complainer who also happens to be their BEST FRIEND in a made up position paying her well over $85,000.00 friggin dollars with pay and benefits. Then MEEGAN allows her to have OT knowing it will draw attention because she is hoping West Senca is still DUMB ENOUGH to fall for part 2 of the plan. PART 2 is because she is SO OVERWORKED NOW she needs a ASSISTANT who just happens to be another good friend of the CLICK. SO NOW LETS PAY HER 35k plus benefits. The more I think about it the more I get so upset. THIS IS SO INSULTING to West Seneca residents. THEN the frigin council people fall for the BS and are afraid to say anything because Pigeon who controls everything in town MAY run someone against them next election. Sorry for using the Caps and the frigins but WE MUST LET THEM KNOW THIS IS WRONG AND WE SEE THIS. The Town hall number is 674-5600 and MEEGANS E mail is smeegan@twsny.org. Unless we do something about it will just go on and show her how passive we are.Call the local TV news or Newspaper. Write to Politicians bigger than them. Tell your friends and neighbors. Just please do something to let them know there are checks and balances in place because they don't police themselves. Thank you for letting me blow off some steam. I have a Elderly neighbor who is selling her house, its already paid for but she cant afford the new taxes and fees. She is on a limited budget and with the new union road and sewer plan fees plus taxes going up she cant afford West Seneca any more. Taxpayers couldn't even vote on the projects and alternatives weren't even brought up or discussed, its just shoved down our throats. I'm sick of this. Im retired with a pension and work a 20 hr part time job just to break even. We struggle and struggle then have to put up with this BS.

Just read about Poloncarz"s brother being appointed. Whats interesting is what he has to do to become permanant.
