AT 5:30 PM ON MAY 17, 2005. JOINTLY, THE CHEEKTOWAGA CITIZENS COALITION & THE
DEPEW CHEEKTOWAGA TAXPAYERS ASSOCIATION WILL HOLD A PRESS CONFERENCE PRIOR TO
THE DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL CONSERVATION SCOPING SESSION.

in this community is one of the highest in all of WNY, per the “Center for

routing of vehicles, noise, blasting, odor, air quality, impacts to Cayuga Creek
and wetlands as well as visual impacts to the area will be a prime factor in
