A Tennessee man fathers thirty kids and asks the state for help with child support. CNN's Brooke Baldwin has more.

11 I think. He said he had 3 years in which he had 4+ kids born.

Well then, the women with multiple children are just as much to blame as him. I can understand an unintended pregnancy - once. After that, the same two people should know better or probably shouldn't be adding to the gene pool in the first place.

Assuming, of course, they were unintended pregnancies.
