Anyone heard any news when their going to knock down the Donovan Building?

When are they going to start construction on the Buffalo Intermodal Transportation Center?

Dont they have to start demolition and construction this spring for it to be ready for Bass Pro?

By the way, anyone heard anything about when Bass Pro will start construction on the Aud?

The only news I've heard is from the newspaper. The State has RFP's out for office space- they want to be in new space by the end of this year (thus they won't be getting a new building, but taking existing space downtown). So don't look for anything done with the Donovan Bldg. until next Spring IMO. The Aud was supposed to be gutted this year. I believe it was part of the agreement that the City/County were responsible to deliver the bldg. to Bass Pro 'cleaned-out'. Hopefully that starts this summer about the same time they resume digging the harbor project.
