Whats happening w/the Richardson Complex Renovation?

Anyone got any news?

its been eerily quiet!
all that money- so little progress.

I bet the architects and engineers are raking it in! I had heard that there was going to be emergency work done to fix some leaks in the roof to keep the elements out- I don't even know if that was done. :-/

The wording of the announcement was funny. Used some strange terminology.

I don't think it's like there's $100.0 million in a bank account somewhere.

I don't even think there's a hard budget line with $100 mill in it.

Probably, it's about as firm as Masiello signing a "Memorandum of Understanding" for Bass Pro.

My frame of reference is that I live a block from the Martin House. They've been working on it for over seven years, with an ugly fence up for the last four. To attaract the lowest bidders, most of the disruptive ground work has been scheduled for December and January for the past two years.

And so tell me. If this here Frankie Wright was such a hot shot architect, how come it costs $3 million to keep his house up. It didn't take me three and a half years to fix my roof.
