Just to point out, the Maple/Forest (former Vix) is in the process of being rebuilt as some medical office.

Never understood why that parcel took so long to be redeveloped. Maybe just waiting for the right build?

Medical office feels like a really good fit. It's a bit down the road from the 'medical corridor' they are trying to do by Suburban but still a nice location.
