ie: Dale Volker=the state of New York State.
ie: Dale Volker=the state of Western New York
Oh well, people will get their pandering rebate check right before election day (that they'll be paying for for the next 10 years due to the money that needed to be borrowed to provide said check because the state is flat broke), and say, "Wow, Dale's a great guy, I got a couple hundred dollars back, I'll vote for him again".
