Breast Cancer is "hitting" women (& even some men) at an alarming rate , a cancer that if caught early is VERY curable , in fact the AMA believes it's one of the cancers that we can iradicate within our lifetimes , please do what you can to educate yourselves , your friends , relatives , etc. on how you can play a part in defeating this disease . The pic is of the actress Christina Applegate , who decided to have a double-masectomy (sic?) as her mother was also a breast cancer patient & "it" of course hit her way too young in life (she's in her mid 30's)........please pray for her & all people battling health issues , & do what you can in terms of donating time or money etc. , thanks.........

Our Womens group is having a Basket Auction and "Pound" Auction on Tuesday October 14th 6:30 PM to raise money to benefit breast cancer research and resource center of Roswell Park Cancer Institute.

the sister store Spirit Halloween is doing something similar for childrens hospital selling wristbands for $2.00 and pumpkins for the wall - ALL the money goes to childrens, I assume the same is said for the breast cancer research so they are really taking a loss on everything..................
