that hospital is a hell hole - i have and am still on vaca out of the country - of course a stable hospital is needed in the southtowns - i hate that place, they have shown me personally no regard for human decency - unless of course you are giving birth - ever tried the button on the fourth floor vs any other floor???

maybe they should look up degrading, unless I am dead, i will refuse to go there......................... if you want to die, go there, you are sure to get an infection

    not my view

I have been at Mercy many times . twice this year in intensive care and found all the people very easy to get along with. every time I call for something they come right away. of course it might be that I am nice back to them and don't bitch all the time. my only problem has been that I usually eat bigger portions then they provide but since mine is a breathing problem I am usually allowed to have snacks in my room. My daughter has been in the cardiac units and there too the service is good.
One good thing about growing old is your secrets are safe with your friends they can't remember them either
