    From: Brian Vicente, Esq., Chairman, Denver Marijuana Policy Review Panel
    Subject: Marijuana enforcement during 2008 Democratic National Convention

    On August 20, 2008, the Denver Marijuana Policy Review Panel established under Denver Municipal Code Art. 5, Div 3, Sec. 38-176 Enforcement Priority – Marijuana, officially adopted the following Resolution:

    The Marijuana Policy Review Panel recommends that the Denver Police Department should refrain from arresting, detaining, or issuing a citation to any adult 21 years of age or older for the private possession of up to one ounce of marijuana during the 2008 Democratic National Convention.

    The Denver Marijuana Policy Review Panel, which was appointed by the Hon. Mayor John Hickenlooper on December 21, 2007, to implement Denver Municipal Code Art. 5, Div 3, Sec. 38-176 to the greatest extent possible, consists of the following members:

    Chairman Brian Vicente, Esq., Executive Director, Sensible Colorado
    Vice Chairman Lt. Ernie Martinez, Denver Police Dept.
    The Hon. Doug Linkhart, Denver City Councilmember at Large
    Vince DiCroce, Director of Prosecution and Code Enforcement, Denver City Attorney’s Office
    Frank Moya, Esq., Denver defense attorney and public defender
    Sandy Mullins, Esq., Executive Director, Colorado Criminal Defense Bar
    Phil Cherner, Esq., Denver defense attorney
    Dora Lee Larson, Denver Domestic Violence Coordinating Council and
    Denver Metro Domestic Violence Fatality Review Committee
    Crystal Noel, CACIII, Substance abuse counselor, The Empowerment Program
    Mason Tvert, Executive Director, Safer Alternative For Enjoyable Recreation (SAFER)

    What do you think the IQ is of the average delegate. 40,000 people who cant get over themselves. Just another bunch of people I can call the enemy.
    I got throught two weeks and didnt watch one second of the olympics so A week of this crap should be easy.

    If they're looking to vote for a republican or democrat I would say the IQ would be in the moron, imbecile, or idiot categories!!!

    I always thought that it was 40,000 people that are beholden to people that they aspire to become, who are talking money from outside sources of influence to further their political ambitions regardless of the implications to the country at the expense of the taxpayer.
