    Are you kidding me?

"All of the experts agree if the first drug doesn't work, the execution is going to be excruciating," Cooey's public defender, Kelly Culshaw Schneider, said Monday."

I think they should try anyway...

Gee, I wonder how the procedure (rape and death) felt to these people?...........

Cooey, 41, is sentenced to die for raping and murdering two young women in 1986.

Yes I do. I believe in our "justice" system if one is poor and/or a minority. Both poor and a minority is a double-whammy.

Money buys the best laywers who argue the worst cases much farther down than any poor criminal could-FOR THE SAME EXACT CRIMES.

As in the case of our FAKE economy,
our justice system (a HUGE business BTW) is rife with inequity and corruption (duh!), just like the political system which dictates how our justice system is SUPPOSED to be run

    CAPITAL PUNISHMENT:

Sylvan reminded me of Chris Rock's "stabbing chair."
Just tie the condemned down to a chair and stab him.
Cheap, effective and if you tape it and put it on DVD, the sales could go to the victim('s) famalies.

For a real sick treat, combine the stabbing chair with what that sick animal did to the guy on the bus-

Stab the condemned criminal to death and chop their head off.

    No. Not as a whole.
The basic constitutional principles are fine.
But its the bureaucracy, micromanagement, mulitasking, hypocrisy, corruption, inefficiency, compassion, sensitivity, dependence, and incompetence that has turned the culture into a population of over-abundant selfish apathetic imbeciles.

If Obama is elected, maybe we'll be subjected to Sharia laws.

It was designed that way, for a reason.
One beautiful thing about having a government of the corporations, by the corporations, and for the corporations is that every disaster is measured in terms of economic loss. It's sort of like getting your arm sheared off in a car accident and thinking, "Damn, now it'll take longer to fold the laundry" as blood spurts from your arteries. - The Rude Pundit

Skip the first drug and videotape the excruciating execution as a deterrent.

It was designed to function a little differently than it does today. But it sure has evolved into an excellent money maker for the Lawyers.

Not necessarily a good idea. Torture is what Islam does. And because its such an effective deterrent, more are left to breed and further congest the population.

The Christians are worse with this compassionate life in prison, and third and fourth chance crap. It allows for more crime AND more morons breeding more imbeciles.

A quick and easy bullet between the eyes will send the message to otherwise responsible citizens. As for the others, wacking them will help reduce the religious population which has always been the cause of most of the problems in the first place.

Its really a win/win for everyone, especially since the religious cant wait to meet their god anyway.
