Isn't the Peace Corps completely different than Americorps?
Am I too lazy, or is no one discussing the last two town board meetings, and how they officially proved that Vince Graber is absolutely insane.
At the earlier one, when the debate about open meetings came up, you have Vince losing any and all stability he ever had, denying that they hold shady meetings, and then bursting into a rant where he yelled at his constituents, and told them that they were no one to judge him because "everybody has skeletons in their closets." And some madness about he who is without sin casting the first stone.
You couldn't write this stuff.
And then you had him at the last meeting, insinuating that a woman who was questioning the town's bankrolling of Americorps was disrespecting Tim Russert's memory, as his widow was once a Peace Corps member.
I will be at the next meeting selling popcorn.

Another insanity is Hillary Clinton donating 2300 dollars to the Obama for the recommendation that people contribute to her failed campaign so she can pay herself back the loan she made to herself. Or how she was only concerned about the people of NY when she ran for the Senate, and had no intention running for President. Or how she was going to bring new jobs to WNY, Or how she dodged bullets in Bosnia, Or, Or....Originally Posted by buffaloagain

What I find hilarious is Wallace Piotrowski and how he is stewarting the town of WS. He has done his six or seven month review of town government. Has he ever written anything in the Bee addressing the voters on conclusions drawn from his review. Has he ever given reason for his actions, or for that matter truly consulted with the other board members. For a person whose work as a lawyer involved crafting arguements with words, he is remarkably silent. I would love to hear his long term and short term goals for the town, and why, but instead I get the impression he is just winging it.
Of course they are different, but they have similarities. They are both federally funded programs. Both provide work to people for service, PC outside, and Americorp inside the US.Originally Posted by WNYresident
