I'm sure Judge Scott is above giving in to political pressure but I find it disturbing that anyone would solicit people to contact a Judge in regards to a case to be heard in front of him. Lobbying like that has no place in the application of law. To even attempt to influence a judge shows a serious lack of respect for the judge and the fundamental priciples upon which our criminal justice system is based.Originally Posted by cdkscully
