Warm westher cooking(what do you cook when its hot?)

I don't know about you guys but I like to cook when the weather gets HOT! One of my favorite things to cook is Alaskan Sea Otter ....you have to crank up the oven to at least 450...close all the windows (keeps the meat moist) and cook and baste for about 10 hours (these baby's can go up to 250 pounds) Create a basting sauce by heating up a gallon of white wine, 2 pounds garlic,3 cups Franks Hot Sauce, diced fresh jalapeņos and pepper...cook on the stove top for about 3 hours until thick and baste the Otter for the last 3 hours every 15 minutes....for the last 20 minutes open the oven door and broil on high...gives you a nice crust without burning.....enjoy
    And what do you cook????

I can't turn the oven on when it's this hot -- I'm barbecuing black bear gall bladder tonight.

Make sure you were some protective face wear. I hear the romanian Elk, puts off a smell that stings the nostrils.

I bludgeoned a hooker on Genesee St last night and threw her in my trunk.
I was thinking of cooking her but had no idea how to begin.
The high heat will most assuredly kill off an STD's she had, but how will I maintain a level of rareness?

PS-She's been in my trunk for almost 16 hours. Is that like a crockpot in this heat?

Dead-hooker-in-the-trunk jokes still get a laugh every time!

    Good times.
