I made your wing soup recipe today and it is wonderful. I've never had Danny's, so I don't know how it compares, but we loved your version and I will be putting it into my regular recipe rotation.
I only used 1 Tbs of butter, no salt and no jack cheese, but other than that, I did exactly as you said and it is fantastic!
