The best thing to do it to abolish taxes all together. Ending prohibition would also help!
Our Governor wants to collect sales tax on the Internet sales from Amazon.com it his his way of reducing the state tax defect.
His aids cite not collecting this tax is unfair to the brick and mortar stores in NY State.
By not collecting the sales taxes to non Indians on the Indian reservations. This is also unfair to the brick and mortar stores in New York State.
Why is the Governor silent about the Indian tax issue?
When is he going to do something?
The best thing to do it to abolish taxes all together. Ending prohibition would also help!

Look on the front page (2-13-2008) of the Buffalo News an article titled "Online sales tax opposed." It is an article of Governor Spitzer's plan to require out-of-state online companies to collect sales tax from online shoppers.
He abandoned it back in November during a brief moment of sanity. But he's off his meds again and the online tax proposal is back in his plan.
shouldnt he be collecting taxes from Indians first
IMO, he should be cutting expenditures first. Look at the money as if it was all you are going to get, and adjust your costs accordingly.Originally Posted by GalaxyCruiser
