Her housing code violation or the most part doesn't cost other people's property/school taxes to rise compared to people playing the system (technically legal) for their own financial gain. I'm not excusing that people should do their best to keep their own property up. COuld be if NYS property taxes weren't so high from ill negotiated labor contracts people would have more money in their pockets to invest in their properties. OR could be we wouldn't have people/businesses leaving each year because of said property taxes.
