    Typical Andrea, SBS operated the bar business, her parents owned the building, she leased the bar from her mother,and operated it under bokans the original name when her parents opened it, she closed the business about ten years ago and there are new owners of the business, yes her mother still owns the property and rents the apartment and bar out. but not to SBS.All it starts is you looking like the idiot you are. do you see SBS name on the properrty info. NO!

    I was at the Council meetings when the negative bar issues regarding the lease-es were often discussed. So cool it.

    Her housing code violation or the most part doesn't cost other people's property/school taxes to rise compared to people playing the system (technically legal) for their own financial gain. I'm not excusing that people should do their best to keep their own property up. COuld be if NYS property taxes weren't so high from ill negotiated labor contracts people would have more money in their pockets to invest in their properties. OR could be we wouldn't have people/businesses leaving each year because of said property taxes.

    I have said many times that there is much-much more to my story!
    And maybe if my assessment was rigged for me like so many of the family and friends club members I would not have had to pay so much unfair Business Rate taxes!

    If a building sells for say $200,000----do you think it is assessed at the selling price? Y or N?
    Answer: NO! City Hall controls ALL assessments and......the
