Andrea Haxton
WIVB reports A Lackawanna councilwoman reported to court Friday after a warrant was issued for her arrest. Earlier Friday a warrant was issued because councilwoman Andrea Haxton failed to appear in City Court for sentencing on building code violations.
Haxton was found guilty of violations for a building she owns at Ridge Road and Ingham Avenue.Haxton was released on her own recognizance. Her sentencing has been rescheduled for next week.

Who's attacking who? Stick to the issues. Personal problems should not be brought in just her record while serving on council. How many others have you ever saw arrested in Lackawanna for the same exact thing? Answer: NONE and it shows! Political witch hunt at its finest.
