My friend , those private sector jobs are gone and will never come back. I will be leaving the city and state in the next 5 yrs. YOU CAN HAVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I don't agree with flipping at all but they are less than 1% of the problem. Politicians are 99% of the problem. They do nothing and spend their whole term in office attacking each other. They can't put together one meaningful master plan with a stick of bubble gum.What we have is war zones on the east side, west side etc. Vacant businesses Downtown, strips on Seneca st, Grant street, Broadway, Connecticut. Seniors, taxpayers and businesses can't afford the outragious tax bills, trash bills, water bills and high cost of upkeep.

    Then I see their staff like " KNOWSITALL" using government equipment during work time(check posting times) to surf on the internet instead of working to help our communities.

    Can you please shut the lights out when everyone is gone!!

    You can always buy a domain name and hold on to it. It doesn't mean there ever was a website. I put it in http://www.archive.org/index.php to see if it had any history and it didn't.

    The owner of any domain name may not necessay have anything to do with the properties.

    What bothers me is deals like the Hyatt. They get low cost financing to construct. Years later the city gives them a parking ramp and he turns around and sells it at a profit. He then constructs the Niagara Riverview Casino in Canada with other investors for BILLIONS of dollars.

    Now he claims proverty and ask for more money and THEY STILL GIVE HIM MILLIONS.

    Well, this one is bogus, I think ... there is no "warehouse" on the Cattaraugus Creek in Gowanda, NY, and certainly no "docks". Maybe he means "loading dock", although it's very ambiguous.

    There is an old downtown commercial building that has gone through numerous lives that might be used as a warehouse, but the two stories would include a basement. I can't think of any other place along the Catt Creek in Gowanda that would fit this description, and certainly not one for sale for $500. The building inspector in Gowanda is a good friend of mine, and I know he'd get after anybody who had such a ramshackle building that it would only be worth $500. Moreover, if it was actually on the creek, somebody would buy the property for the creek rights. Heck, I'd buy it for that!

    Did I miss the "for rent" sign? No, I double checked the ad.

    Maybe he's trying to sell part of the old Peter Cooper site (which is a Superfund site) -- although the buildings there have pretty much been dismantled.

    The only crap is coming out of your mouth, so if flies are in your face, shut your trap. But the reason this city sucks is because we are supporting the under taxed community called the East Side.

    Get a brain while you're trying to figure that out. Why should I pay for you? I guarantee my taxes are at least double yours, why because your POS house is assessed at less at $20,000. Your not paying for one phone call to the police, which you use more than I do. You don't pay your fair share of the plowing, fire protection, snow plowing, etc.
