The problem is that HUD money comes into the City and then they disburse it through the Buffalo Urban Renewal Agency (BURA), which Byron is also the Chair. Now.. doesn't that smell fishy concerning the City's expenduture of Federal Money? Every now and then HUD gets a phone call regarding an issue not being dealt with. At that point HUD does a complete audit. Maybe HUD should do an annual audit or semi-annual audit. Gotta wonder who called HUD!Originally Posted by Dougles
