Muslim Terrorists Entering US via Porous Mexican Border

ATLANTA -- The U.S. Border Patrol has captured thousands of people they say are classified as OTM which stands for "other than Mexican." Documents show many of them are from terrorists nations like Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan, Sudan, Somalia, Pakistan and Yemen. Federal authorities call those groups SIAs, which stands for "special interest aliens".

Federal officials have offered few details about the number of actual terrorists caught along the border.

Retired immigration agent Michael Cutler says the actual threat is being covered up. "Incredibly the government is attempting to keep the citizens like a bunch of mushrooms. Keep us in the dark and feed us a bunch of manure."

Government officials have denied that terrorists have crossed our open border. Still, Channel 2 Action News has proof they have. Channel 2 Anchor Justin Farmer found documents filed in federal court in San Antonio, Texas, in May. They show an indictment against Ahmed Muhammad Dhakane for allegedly smuggling hundreds of people from Brazil to Mexico, then into the U.S. The federal indictment states it includes some Somalis from the terrorist group Al Shabob. Terrorism experts say the group is responsible for terrorist attacks and suicide bombings worldwide.

"To this day we do not know where those 300 Somalis are," said Rep. Michael McCaul of Texas. "We do know they are in the United States."

A 2009 Government Accounting Office report confirmed agents have picked up three known terrorists who crossed the southwestern border of the United States. No other information was released.
"There are many people not only being apprehended, but slipping through the cracks on our southern flank that are very dangerous," said McCaul.

Intelligence officials have admitted on record there is a terrorism threat. In 2007, former National Intelligence Director Mike McConnell told the El Paso Times that terrorists have been crossing the border. He said there are many situations where people are alive today because the terrorists were caught.

Sheriffs along the southwestern U.S. border also are aware of the threat.

"There is (intelligence) we have that is very troubling", said Sheriff Paul Babeu of Pinal County, Ariz. "Things are not getting better, they are getting worse."

God forbid if (when) something happens, Obama will look like a complete fool for not securing the border. This country is getting invaded by masses of armed thugs by the MILLIONS each year. Who knows what child molesters, terrorists, thieves, cartel members, rapists and murderers are coming in via the Mexican border.

Of course libtards see the world through rose-colored glasses and live in wonderland believing that these people who want to kill us are "poor, oppressed hardworking people looking for work". LOL

Ah, I see it's a slow day on the paranoid newsfront. Time to whip up a wild frothy mix of anti-immigrant/anti-Muslim hysteria.

"Muslim terrorists" and their nukes have allegedly been sneaking into the US through the Mexican border since 2001. These Arabic type dudes who don't speak Spanish and don't know the territory have been so successful in getting across the border that nobody's ever caught one or even found one and failed to catch him. Alas, they only catch Mexicans and Guatemalans trying to sneak into the US to pick fruit or clean bathrooms.

    Can you read?

And that's just what is known, likely the tip of the iceberg. The Obama administration is likely covering up a majority of the known arrest and downplaying it in order to pander to the hispanics.

It's ok, put your head in the sand and *pretend* that the threat doesn't exist. It's what liberals do best, after all.

I try, I really do. But like someone driving by a gruesome car crash I sometimes feel compelled to to over ride the IGNORE condition and click on VIEW POST.

Let the minutemen do their thing.

The minutemen have never rounded up anybody who wasn't Mexican, Guatemalan or other Hispanic, either. If they had, we'd have heard about it.

Northern Mexico and the southern parts of Arizona and New Mexico are largely unpopulated, roadless desert by 21st century standards; it's not like driving I-80 across Iowa and Nebraska. If you don't know the area, you'll end up lost and then dead. What chance do non-Spanish speaking foreigners have in that environment? Even if they got across the border, then what? They still have to cross hundreds of miles of desert to get to any city where they have a chance of "blending in" (Tucson, Phoenix, Las Cruces). In the small border towns, they'd be spotted for the outsiders they are.

The Rio Grande Valley is more populated and has a less hostile environment, but it's also much better patrolled than further west, and again, on the US side of the border, they'd have a hard time staying out of site in sparsely populated ranching country.

Any "Muslim terrorists" coming in from Mexico are crossing at the border crossing at places like Tijuana, Juarez, Laredo, and Brownsville not infiltrating the ranks of the illegal Hispanic immigrants coming to find work.

For the most part what nationalities are the people who cross the border illegally?

Why don't we just give the chinese permits to work here for $8.00 a day.

Do you know how much our corporations could save from transporting their machinery.. That way the taxes from the chinese are paid here too.

I think they should come in from the Canadian Border and we can charge them a fee. We can house them in groups of 25 in vacant house on the west side.

They will not be subject to our regulations but we can give them the opportunity to run for office after 1 year.
Kiss someone that's different. It helps.

Illegals are that illegals. Either take them out or incarcerate them. Make a point that it will not be tolerated.

Regular law abiding LEGAL immigrants are welcome here anytime of course.

Incarceration is exactly what's needed to solve this problem, just not illegal workers. If we start incarcerating the employers of illegals, and take away the incentive, you'll start seeing lines of illegals trying to cross back into Mexico.

Yes, you are correct. That would impact the illegal alien problem, but that still wouldn't solve the problem for the criminals and terrorists coming through the open unsecure border. What you suggested is needed in conjuction with a secure, fortified, and militarized border.

A "secure, fortified, and militarized border" would not have stopped the 9/11 hijackers. They entered the country legally with temporary visas.
