Right now it's even worse. Go look at the bridge on the Pleasant view end of Stony Rd. - north of Pleasant View!

Notice the "Green Candy Cain Shaped pipe" - guess whats about two feet under the water, right next to the pipe - a string of sewer man hole covers - leading into the sewer line thats burried under there - some where.
Now, if you look further east about 100 yards - follow the water - you'll barely see another "Green Pipe" with logs and debris around it - under there some where is another "Sewer Man Hole".
See what appears to be a row of trees to the left side - thats about where the Creek(Click on picture to enlarge) is supposed to be.
Yes, this whole flooded area contains a newly installed sewer line (under water) for the Cross Creek Development and the future Pleasant view & Pavement Rd Development Area.

Yes, this water erupting from a pipe on Gennessee Rd. just east of Harris Hill is still pumping day and night - over eighteen Million Gallons a year into Lancaster's water table - adding to flood problems from Lancaster - to Williamsvile and even Tonawanda. Thanks to Lancaster's Town Board - yet they claim no responsibility.Attachment 3333 Click picture to enlarge it.

Supervisor Bob Giza has seen , discussed and commented on these problems at Town Board Meetings and in person with concerned residents.

Yet he:
  • Keeps renewing the dumping permits,
  • refuses to work on the Creek
  • denies any Town Responsibility.
  • He signed the Stony Rd. Building approval -
  • he allowed and approved for parts of Scajaquada Creek Tributary to be filled in and built on - including where it was in the Quail Run Subdivision and Stony Rd.
  • He approved - even after concerned taxpayers protested - a sewer line to be placed in an Eco sensitive - Federally Protected Wetland along Ellicott Creek in order to full fill developers/contributors needs.
How can they deny what they have created -
why is no one accountable?
