Supposedly these pictures are of an untamed Smokes Creek. No problem, the Army Corp of Engineers can tame Smokes Creek with dredging.
Smokes Creek just might develop into expensive waterfront property.

Not true, the Army Corp was involved in the Caz Creek flooding abatement project. Caz Creek certainly is not navigable.
