I'm looking for someone to help with real estate related data entry. It's not a complex job, but it does require moderate analytical skills.
Requirements:
-Candidate MUST be local to the Western New York area.
-You must have your own office setup, including high-speed internet.
-Prior data entry experience.
-Ability to work independently.
Most importantly, you cannot be a whiner, complainer, or quitter. This is a long-term position. Those looking for temporary work need not apply. You can set your own hours, but a 12 hour turnaround time for all orders is a must. Those able to provide a faster turnaround time will be paid a higher rate. The average order will take 15-20 minutes to complete.
Pay will range from 300-500 per month. This works out to around $15-$20 per hour. 1099 job, no "under-the-counter" cash payments.

Is it working from home or does one have to leave the home? I may actually know someone interesting. Not me because honestly I don't do well at tasks like that.
