Someone isn't working on behalf of the taxpayer here. If you're averaging 60 hours a week with the BPD, how can you possibly effectively do your job as an ECL?

The article in the snooze also says she works in "patrol" for the BPD. Can you imagine her trying to run down a 20 year old criminal? She probably has a time in the 100 yard dash of......25 minutes!

What bothers me the most is that the News profiles these pension padders throughout the years - and, nothing changes except we all get more disgusted. Why can't we stop these outrageous abuses from perpetuating?
