Time Warner closes on area properties

A division of Time Warner Cable has concluded a series of real estate transactions worth millions of dollars involving property formerly belonging to Adelphia Communications Corp.

The 13 deals, which were filed through the Erie County clerk's office Dec. 8, add up to nearly $10 million. The properties include sites on LaSalle Avenue and Chicago Street in Buffalo, and Indian Church Road in West Seneca where Adelphia handled a large portion of its operation.
