This restaurant has excellent Italian food. First time I ate there and I all I can say is yum. I had an Italian version of steak. I tried a little of what everyone got and it was all excellent.

It was covered with what ever they put on it. It was just really good.

Here, I found it on their menu on their website:

Tender strip steak brushed in olive oil and rosemary then grilled and finished in a cracked black pepper and Italian gorgonzola sauce.

I don't have a clue what a gorgonzola is but when you turn it into sauce it's not bad.
