I honestly don't know what he has done, I'm sure there is something.
Can anyone name 5 things TK has done that was not to benefit the unions?

Tim personally pushed so that all large projects in WNY would cost the non-government/business owners more money correct?

    You are correct sir.
Tim Kennedy would like everyone to forget that he championed the ill-concieved "Apprenticeship Law" which in effect, added unnecessary costs to public construction projects.

Chris Collins had to pulled a fast one to circumvent that disaster. I don't know where it stands today, as far as 'teeth" go, but, TK changes with the direction of the wind - a fine candidate. .

many people in south buffalo would disagree with you. not saying i'm one of them, it's common knowledge right now voters are supportive of tim kennedy than stack.

mostly they're average working class people who are tired of getting nothing out of stack in all these years. this is what voters are sharing with me.

Is Carl running for Stack's office - that would be more realistic than running for Governor.

well, he shouldn't run for governor, it's unrealistic to think that other NYers will pull the lever for Carl. Now, if he runs against Stack - that might work.

Two things come to mind that I know of: He sponsored the UB2020 bill which passed the Senate and he sponsored Amanda's law requiring CO2 detectors in homes.

for senate, it would be a shake up in elections which is exactly why tim kennedy is running against stack.
