the use of the District's intellectual property, you must contact the Superintendent or his designee.

Yet, the Hossain-Studley Facebook page and website utilize the Lancaster Central School District logo.

You asked a legitimate question about the proper use of District property. You did not assert impropriety.

The voters are entitled to know if the candidates have a predisposition to use school property, or their elected position, to further their own personal status.

If Lancastermom has responded truthfully, the question has been answered.

What troubles me is Lancastermom's apparent admonishment to "ask first maybe...before posting." That response clearly asserts that questions should be submitted in a controlled forum and then be evaluated for worthiness or acceptability.

That controlling pre-condition appears to smack censorship.

Valid point. The official logo should not be on that facebook page unless that page "officially" represents the school. I would have the same opinion for anyone running in Cheektowaga and using the town logo.

Before worrying about a school logo I would worry about the substance of their flyers.

Do they have any information about themselves? Qualifications? I'm not saying they are not qualified but have they posted resumes?

Isn't that the motel -Treehaven motel that her family member owns?

You know the same family member who doesn't make paying property taxes on the home where Nargis resides a priority.

This person also lists his tax billing address as 8755 Main st, Williamsville yet the property receives a Senior STAR exemption.

So where does he live 8755 Main st or 214 Argus Dr?

The balance owed for 2016 is $1,362.99. Who knows how much is owed for 2017? It doesn't show any amount paid on the town's site.

No it's not. Just really no substance just "slug lines" that you'd expect anyone running for any office to have on campaign literature. You know better than to say it's deceiving and speaks volumes of their character. In this case it's just marketing literature.
