Hanley and Hart at the next Town Board Meeting on 9/8/2014 plan on hiring an employee with 4 months on the job Slominski over the objections of Highway Superintendent English. Hanley and Hart are passing over the recommendations of English to hire the next senior employee with 3 years experience. Hanley and Hart are using their political positions to hire friends over qualified personnel. Time for West Seneca residents to stand up and let these two politicians know they will be held accountable . Both at the Monday Town Board. Get as many people as you can to attend the meeting - let them know your watching.

If they table/stall the appointment - vote against them.

If they vote to hire the Party Patronage person - vote against them.

Bottom line - stay involved - keep making others aware - patronage is unfair to every resident - it excludes everyone accept the "Party Insiders" from part time employment - full time service employment.
