Erie Canal bike tour set for summer

The eight annual cross-state bicycle tour along the historic Erie Canal will take place July 9-16.

"Cycling the Erie Canal" is an eight-day, 400-mile recreational bicycle tour from Buffalo to Albany that takes participants through one of only 23 designated National Heritage Corridors in the nation.
