Why was a West Seneca plow plowing the S Buffalo Charter school at 154 South Ogden Street, Buffalo, NY 14206 this morning at 7:30 am? It looked like a new plow/salter and I even doubled back to make sure I wasn't mistaken. I am a West Seneca taxpayer and this doesn't seem right. Does the Town subcontract out?

Why is it that you're always witnessing these things? Is it luck, lies, or a combo of both?
Also, why is it you never ask these town employees what they're doing with town equipment?
You always seem to see these supposed abuses yet never, ever, walk up and ask the town employees what they're doing or why they're doing it. Are you afraid, or are you simply full of malarkey?
They could be turning around, the town line is a block away.
