" 2012---Comm. of Public Works – advises the Council of a notice from NYSDOT notifying the city of structural damage of the Ridge Road Bridge at Rosary over the Buffalo and Pittsburg Railroad. "
Last night the Council " Received and Filed " the 2012 Council Agenda item advisement of the Ridge Rd at Rosary yellow-flagged bridge condition.
So who passed this hot potato and WHO is holding it now?
BIG $$$$$$$ once again, maybe the new Lobbyists they voted in last night to a tune of $24,000/yr, without going out to bid will get them the BIG $$$$$ for this critical project.
BTW: They also mentioned that OUR LSD Schools had already hired the same business to represent them too in Albany,
" Bolton-St. Johns, LLC to provide legislative and regulatory representation in New York State ". I guess Higgins, Smardz, Kennedy, and whoever gets elected on March 20, 2012 to represent Lackawanna in NYS can........WHAT?!? Duplication of services, that's what. Cha-CHING!
