I respectfully ask for your vote

My name is Jeffrey Sell and I am a candidate for the New York State Assembly running against current Cheektowaga Town Supervisor Dennis Gabryszak. The State Democratic Committee has given him a lot of money to send mailings, advertise, and distribute literature. I have only accepted funds from people who believe in my message. I have received his mailings and the only thing they tell me is that he stands for the status quo. They do not tell me what he believes in which accurately paints the picture of his message-less campaign.

Realistically, Dennis hasn't been a very good Town Supervisor. Since the day he took office in Cheektowaga - crime is up, taxes are up, vacant homes and structures are more abundant, population is down, the average family income is down, and our schools aren't performing anywhere near the average for what we are spending on them. All of these factors continue to exist, or occurred for the first time, under his leadership.

Dennis has failed Cheektowaga!!


My name is Jeffrey Sell, I served my country honorably in the United States Army from 1980 to 1989 and I support the following issues and will fight hard for them, just as I fought hard for this country in the service, when I am elected into the New York State Assembly.

I support strong, traditional family values

I support repealing the Scaffold Law because I hate when government burdens its citizens and businesses

I support amending the Wicks Law because I hate when government burdens you

I support family values because my family means more to me than anything else

I support pro-life issues because I am pro-life

I support 2nd Amendment rights because I believe strongly in the vision the founding fathers had for America

I support working families, because I am part of a working family and I am a man that knows a hard days work

I support rightsizing government because government needs to be brought closer to the people because that is the way it was designed, and that is how God wanted it

I support campaign finance reform because I financed my own campaign with the help of a few close supporters, unlike my opponent

I support legislation that requires a person be a resident of New York State for 2 years and a United States citizen before they are eligible for Medicaid or any other state welfare benefit because I believe in equality and fairness, and I respect your tax dollars

You may not agree with me on all these issues. But at least you know my position on them. I can assure you that a vote for me is a vote for change and for leadership. A vote for Dennis is a vote for the status quo.
