According to the above survey, taken in 2004:
The private industry nationwide had an employee turnover rate of 23.8%
Federal Employees have an annual turnover rate of 6.0% nationwide.
State and Local Employees have an annual turnover rate of 7.00% nationwide.
I guess you don't have it so bad afterall. Talk is cheap! If you want to complain do it with your feet, not your mouths! Like the rest of New Yorkers have.
