The new owners of a Niagara Falls apartment complex have vowed to rehabilitate the building and bring it back to life.
Officials from JStark Capital (http://www.bizjournals.com/search/bin/search?q=%22JStark%20Capital%22&t=buffalo), a New Jersey-based investment group, made that pledge after acquiring a 23-unit apartment building at 7341 Buffalo Avenue late last month. JStark paid $322,000 for the complex, that had been owned by Niagara Falls landlord Hozney Globrial.
