Does anyone know what the plans are for the area being cleared behind Michelle Dr & Martin Rd.? I assume more of the (originally) planned development. Is there any public information regarding this?

They are expanding the subdivision. Plans were at council meeting back in summer. The city was requesting bids to begin clearing,streets and infrastructure for this. I believe it is 25 lots.

Department of Development has all info. People were purchasing lots. Public information must be available for all. Request details.
There was a public meeting: the Senior Citizen Center a few month ago.

Thanks all. Hmm, those are some pretty big lots. Wonder what size houses will be built, and who's going to be building them.

Do the Council meetings get announced? Where?
