Does anyone remember when the state wanted to use its imminent domain laws to takeover the NFTA's Waterfront land?
Does anyone remember that they were allowed to keep it because they said that they had a development plan that they were starting to execute!
Well its been a year and no development on the Multi-modal station since their report and public meetings were held!

Well its been a year and there is no discussion of extending the light rail to the Airport, to UB Amherst or to Niagara Falls.
Well its been a year and there is no discussion of attracting cruise ships, Ferries or Excusions to service Buffalo, Erie, Cleveland, Toledo and Detroit or the Canadian cities on the Lake.
Tell me what this agency has done and is doing for Buffalo?
