I saw the stripper doll on a post on cafe mom a few weeks ago and then came across it again on the huffington post. They did a 7 most disturbing toys for kids thing on their site.

I guess that even in Japan some people prefer wood flooring over carpet! (Just wanted to beat Surfin' to the punch). It really is interesting to look at the differences in what is considered acceptable from one country to another.

That toys like that can even be offered for sale, is part of what's wrong with America today. IMHO

Bratz dolls are what you make them or read into them. My daughter had them for years - they were nothing to her but colorful dolls that road around in limos etc ... she still played with her baby dolls and teddy bears - she didnt run around in half shirts and skirts up her butt ........

The only thing wrong with Bratz dolls are what some people are making them out to be ....

You better check with your daughter. She might not like that much.

It's the name of the doll that bothers me more than anything. I want my daughter to think being called a brat is a bad thing.

Ok. Now my true colours are going to show! I actually bought these along with the bubonic plague and pneumonia. They made great gifts for my friends. They all cracked up and loved them. Granted, we're all adults (biologically, not mentally!!) Bought some at New World Records before they closed and then some at Parkliegh in Rochester.

As long as you aren't buying them for children, i don't see anything wrong with that.

I saw that doll in the store. I was out shopping with my mom and she was embarrassed because I kept making the doll say it over and over again.
