I know it's a little too late, as we all know the Sabres kicked Ottawas butts :D, but apparently Toronto expected Ottawa to win the semifinal series As they anticipated a Toronto vs. Ottawa Series this song came out. I heard it for the first time tonight on 98.5 Kiss FM. The words were said to be posted on a Toronto Leafs message board. Even though we all know the outcome, I thought the song was funny anyway.
It is sung to the tune of "The Chanakah Song" by Adam Sandler, but it's actually a guy named Peter Cugno.

The team is from Ottawa,
the Senators is their name
they're soon to be inducted in
